4. Returns & Exchanges Policy
Ready-to-Wear Items
Exchange Eligible- Exchange within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn and unaltered
- Original tags and packaging intact
- Return shipping cost: Customer's responsibility
Custom Made Orders
Non-Returnable- Bespoke bridal wear cannot be returned
- Made-to-measure garments are non-refundable
- Design changes during production only
- Minor alterations available post-delivery
Exchange Process
- Contact Support: Email us at returns@k2ladiesdesigner.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide Details: Include your order number and reason for exchange
- Return Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number
- Ship Back: Send the item back in original condition with all tags
- Processing: Once received, we'll process your exchange within 3-5 business days
- New Item Dispatch: The replacement item will be shipped at our standard shipping rates
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps immediately:

- Report Within 24 Hours: Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email
- Document Evidence: Take clear photos/videos showing:
- The damaged item
- Packaging and shipping label
- Any visible shipping damage to the box
- Do Not Use: Do not attempt to repair or alter the damaged item
- Preserve Packaging: Keep all original packaging materials
- Free Pickup: We will arrange free pickup for the damaged item
Repair Service
For minor damages, we offer professional repair services at our studio free of charge.
Replacement Policy
If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it free of charge with expedited shipping.
